I began my career writing for medical research before moving on to technical writing for biotech companies. To emphasize my creativity, I decided to incorporate my design skills into my work, which led me to positions in marketing and instructional design in the tech sector. I held positions as a Senior Instructional Designer within Apple Maps and AIML. Most recently I was a Senior Instructional Designer and Program Manager responsible for an entire business line of training curricula with AIML. This involved cross-functional collaboration to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training needs across various AI annotation projects.

As the Senior technical writer, I prepared medical device documentation including instructions for use, marketing material, medical education materials, white papers, clinical evaluation reports, publications/manuscripts, and regulatory agency submissions, In addition, I managed the medical writing process collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts. I was also responsible for creating content for posters, slides, and supporting marketing materials.
Google Maps
​2013 - 2014
In this role, I developed and maintained training websites for Google Maps Business View authoring content and managing updates and translations for 26 global training sites. I partnered with Engineering and Project Management to best communicate software updates and new processes. I also designed graphic elements for marketing materials and website design including logos and infographics and created scripts and screen captures for training videos.
